The terms for using firstlayer.tech, the website of Firstlayer Tech, LLC (in formation).

1. Who these terms cover

firstlayer.tech (the "site") is run by Firstlayer Tech, LLC (in formation) ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of the site.

They cover this website only. Each of our products will have its own terms, and only those terms will apply to it.

2. What the site is, and what it does not promise

The site tells you about our company and what we are building. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes, and plans we describe, such as launch dates, may change. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell you anything.

We provide the site "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

3. Our content

Our names, our logo and the site's text and design belong to us. You may link to the site and quote it with credit, but you may not copy it and present it as your own.

4. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute about them will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with its new effective date.
